Yoga to breathe, move, reconnect.
Start simply. Breathe deeply. Grow fully.
Hi, I’m Natacha!
Welcome to my platform. I teach yoga classes, to everyone and with a special care for beginners. Together, we’ll explore body and mind awareness, movement and breath, in a gentle, playful way, sharing our practice and creating the energy we need for every day.
Step onto the mat, take a deep breath, and enjoy the moment, at your own pace.
@natacha.yoga Yoga helps you connect with the simple joy of moving, the magic of stillness and the power of breathing.
Weekly Classes

Weekly Classes 〰️
Hatha flow for beginners (EN)
Sundays · 11:30 - 12:30 (60 min) Prenzlauer Berg
A welcoming class designed for anyone who wants to (re)discover the essentials of yoga, from complete newcomers to those wishing to deepen their basics.
In this slower-paced practice, we explore key postures, alignment principles, and breathwork basics with mindful cueing and pauses that allow space to feel, adjust, and learn. Each class begins with centering to cultivate presence and awareness, helping you step away from the fast pace of the week, reconnect with balance and calm, and restore energy.
All levels are welcome: this is a safe space to explore, learn, move, and have fun together, enjoying the shared practice.
Ease and Rise Vinyasa (EN)
Mondays . 08:00 - 08:50 (50 min) . Prenzlauer Berg
Begin your week anchored and clear: ground your mind, wake your energy, and move with intention. An energizing vinyasa flow that builds strength without rush and supports a calm and focused start to your day.
You begin by creating space, through breath and gentle movements, allowing your mind to clear, your body to settle, and your pace to slow.
As the flow unfolds, the practice lifts you gently into warmth, gradually awakening supportive energy.
You leave the mat with a sense of ease in your breath, strength in your posture, and an inner clarity you can carry into your day and week ahead.
Yin Yoga - with changing teacher (EN)
Mondays · 20:30 - 21:30 (60 min) . Prenzlauer Berg
Ease into the evening with a mindful Yin Yoga practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive and meditative yoga style focusing on deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints by holding asanas/ poses for extended periods with relaxed muscles. It’s a practice balancing flexibility, inner calm, and energy flow (qi) by gently stressing these deep tissues, offering a mental and emotional release from a fast-paced world.
Through gentle postures and mindful breathing, we will cultivate openness, softness, and calm, giving your body and mind a restorative pause before bedtime.
New Workshop!
Sunday, January 25th . 13:30-15:30 (120 min)
My Senses, Prenzlauer Berg
Ever wanted to try yoga but don’t know where to start, at which level or how this practice could benefit you? This workshop is perfect for you.
What to expect? In 2 hours, we’ll barely touch the surface of the immense offering yoga can bring but together we will:
briefly discuss “what is yoga?” beyond the physical movements
play with variations of selected key asanas (postures) from the hatha and yin styles, supported by props (blocks, cushion, belt, blanket)
try simple breathwork exercises
experience a short guided meditation
understand how it feels for you and what yoga could mean for and bring to you
More about me
I’m Natacha, a French yoga teacher based in Berlin.
After a bumpy start with yoga many years ago, I sat again on a mat in 2018 during a time of personal challenges and life decisions. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of my life, to maintain my balance, clarity, and health. In 2024, I certified as a vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga teacher, while pursuing a career in Public Relations.
For me, yoga is a powerful tool for physical and mental well-being, (re)connecting breath, movement, and presence, beyond performance as every body and every day is different.
I care about creating a welcoming space, especially for beginners. Sometimes just closing the eyes, and taking a deep breath is already a big step. So imagine stepping into a studio! I remember how intimidating it felt for me the first time, overwhelmed by the many styles and the open levels. My intention as a teacher is to help you feel comfortable exploring an accessible practice, offering variations and space to grow at your own pace.
With a lifelong love for hiking and dance, my teaching is mindful and playful. It’s an invitation to slow down, (re)discover how you move and breathe, notice what feels good to your body, your mind, your soul, and gently challenge yourself, on and off the mat. I very much look forward to practicing with you!

I look forward to hearing from you and practicing together.
