More about me

I’m Natacha, a yoga teacher based in Berlin (FR/EN).

After a bumpy start with yoga many years ago, I sat again on a mat in 2018 during a time of personal challenges and life decisions. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of my life, to reconnect with presence, grow trust in myself, maintain my clarity, and improve my mental health.

2024: I certified as a vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga teacher, while pursuing a career in Public Relations.

2026: I further trained in guiding prāṇāyāma as a supportive breathing practice.

For me, yoga offers powerful tools for physical and mental well-being, which helped me through tough moments and a burnout. It helps (re)connect breath, movement and presence, and does not have to be complicated to be transformative.

As a teacher, my intention is to help you feel comfortable exploring these tools, finding variations that suit you, and growing at your own pace. With no pressure of performance, as every body and every day are different.

I deeply care to create supportive and welcoming spaces, especially for beginners, and anyone seeking more balance in daily life. Sometimes just closing the eyes, and taking a deep breath is already a big step. So imagine stepping into a studio! I remember how intimidating it felt for me the first time, overwhelmed by the many styles and open levels. Together, we further build confidence in our bodies and inner resources.

With a lifelong love for hiking and dance, my teaching is mindful and playful. It’s an invitation to slow down, (re)discover how you move and breathe, notice what feels good to your body, your mind, your soul, what supports your wellbeing in everyday life, and gently challenge yourself, to grow your confidence on and off the mat.
