In this slower-paced flow, we explore key postures, alignment cues, and breathwork basics with mindful cueing that allow space to feel and adjust. Each class begins with centering to cultivate presence, helping you step away from the fast pace of the week, reconnect with balance and calm, and restore energy.
All levels are welcome: this is a safe space to explore, learn, move, for everyone to grow at their own pace and enjoy the shared experience of practice.
