Yin Yoga is a slow, passive, and meditative yoga style focusing on deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints by holding Asanas/ Poses for extended periods (3-5+ minutes) with relaxed muscles. It's a practice balancing flexibility, inner calm, and energy flow (qi) by gently stressing these deep tissues, offering a mental and emotional release from a fast-paced world.
Through gentle postures and mindful breathing, we will cultivate openness, softness, and calm, giving your body and mind a restorative pause before bedtime.
