Hatha flow for beginners (EN)
Sundays · 11:30 (60 min) · Prenzlauer Berg
My signature class :)
A welcoming class designed for anyone who wants to (re)discover the essentials of yoga, from complete newcomers to students wishing to deepen their foundations.
In this slower-paced practice, we flow through key postures, alignment principles, and breathing basics. We explore yoga without pressure, with mindful cueing that allows space to feel, adjust, and learn.
Each class begins with centering to grow presence and awareness, reconnect with calm, and restore energy.
All levels are welcome: this is a safe space to move together, enjoy the shared practice, while gradually building confidence in our bodies, breath and inner resources.
Ease and Rise Vinyasa (EN)
Mondays · 08:00 (50 min) · Prenzlauer Berg
Begin your week with self care: focus your mind, wake your energy, and move with intention. A grounding vinyasa flow that builds strength without rush and supports a calm and focused start to your day.
We begin by creating space, through breath and gentle movements, allowing your mind to clear, your body to settle, and your pace to slow.
As the flow unfolds, the practice lifts you gently into warmth, gradually awakening supportive energy.
You leave the mat with a sense of ease in your breath, strength in your posture, and an inner clarity you can carry into your day and week ahead.
Yin Yoga - changing teacher (EN)
Mondays · 20:30 (60 min) · Prenzlauer Berg
Ease into the evening with a mindful Yin Yoga practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive and meditative yoga style focusing on deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints by holding asanas/poses for a few minutes, with relaxed muscles. It’s a practice balancing flexibility, inner calm, and energy flow (qi) by gently stressing these deep tissues, offering a mental and emotional release from your fast-paced day.
Through longer-held gentle postures, we practice self-observation, softness, resilience and calm, giving your body, mind and nervous system a restorative pause before bedtime.
